How much is postage?

Postage is $15 plus $1.25 per tuber.

What states do you post to?

Unfortunately due to quarantine we can only send to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT.

How long does my order take to ship?

Tubers will be shipped when eyes are visible, this can often be some weeks after purchase. Please be patient, we are ensuring only the best, viable tubers are sent out.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tubers will be shipped in Spring when eyes are visible. We aim to send out quality tubers ready to be planted, if you have an issue please contact us with pictures, within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. In most cases replacements are unavailable but refunds will be made subject to assessment.

Due to the many variables involved in growing plants and in particular Dahlias, we are unable to provide refunds for tubers that fail to grow. By purchasing from us you assume responsibility for the tubers once they are in your possession.

Due to quarantine restrictions we are unable to send to Tasmania, Western Australia or the Northern Territory, sorry.
